Rooted in rich history and the deep culture of the South, our beginning dates back to 1676 when the Drayton family called Magnolia home. In 1870 they extended an invitation to visitors to experience the thousands of beautiful flowers in their famous romantic gardens. Today, at nearly 500 acres and with the distinction of being America’s oldest public gardens, we hope to extend the same gracious hospitality to your guests as the Drayton family did in the past to make your guests feel welcomed on your wedding day.
